The grapes are manually harvested in different sectors of our vineyards looking for the maximum power in fruit, soft tannins and identity of the variety.

Harvest: The harvest was carried out manually from May 25 to 30, when the grapes presented optimal organoleptic qualities of aromas and tannin maturity.
The Vineyard
We want to invite you to discover the Itata Valley. The oldest wine region in Chile, where wines have been produced for more than 450 years. A little treasure in the south of Chile. This valley keeps in its vineyards the history of Chilean viticulture.
Our 30-hectare vineyard is influenced by the cool coastal breeze from the Pacific Ocean, alluvial soils, well-defined seasons throughout the year, help our wines to be different from others.
