The grapes are manually harvested in different sectors of our vineyards looking for the maximum power in fruit, soft tannins, and identity of the variety.

Harvest: The harvest was carried out manually from May 25 to 30, when the grapes presented optimal organoleptic qualities of aromas and tannin maturity.
