The white wine is produced only with Greco grapes from three different vineyards located in as many municipalities in the province of Avellino: Montefusco, Tufo, and Altavilla Irpina.
The grapes are subjected to a whole soft cluster pressing to obtain the flower must. The clusters are harvested manually and transported to the cellar in small boxes to avoid crushing the berries. The vinification and aging on the fine lees for four months takes place entirely in steel vats.
