This white wine is a 100% Verdejo single varietal from our own vineyards in the Designation of Origin Rueda. Very fresh and elegant, it has all the potential of this grape variety, as well as anise aromas blending with tropical fruits.
Its grapes are grown in the vineyard of La Buitrera, located in the town of Pozaldez. It is a plot with gravelly soils that help achieve a typical grape maturity. This wine has a faint yellowish straw color with greenish reflections that are typical of the Verdejo variety. It achieves a unique personality due to our own autochthonous yeasts
