Grapes are hand harvested and selected in the vineyards and again in the cellar. Cool maceration with the skins for 2 days. The wine is partially fermented and aged in French oak barrels (30% of the twine) and in stainless steel tanks (70% of the wine). After fermentation + Ritme is sur-lees aged during 11 months. +Ritme is a fruity, balanced, formidable wine which expresses the singularity and tough personality of the Priorat region. TASTING NOTES. It has a patisserie-tinged, lifted bouquet infused with nectarine, lime pith and ressed flowers. The palate is crisp and tense on the entry, vibrant and lively with a touch of lemongrass decorating the mellow finish. .
